FAQ: Does Wisewood take custom orders?
Yes! Wisewood has built its business on taking unique and custom orders.
FAQ: What is the lead time on custom orders?
Depending on the size and scope of your project and how many orders are in our queue will often dictate timing of a completion of a custom order. Under normal circumstances, most often you can expect your order to be complete between 6-8 weeks (if not sooner).
FAQ: Do I need to pay in advance for a custom order?
A deposit payment of 50% is expected before start of any project. The remaining balance will be payable upon completion of project.
FAQ: Does Wisewood have a guarantee of return policy?
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an online or showroom item, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days. There are no refunds or returns on custom orders. When you purchase a piece of Wisewood furniture, it comes carefully inspected for quality and precision and our guarantee that it will stand the test of time under your ownership.

FAQ: What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery means that we will deliver items to your room of choice, not just the curb, or front door.
FAQ: When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order, we will contact you to confirm specifics and to set up a delivery date.
FAQ: What size dining table do I need?
The number of chairs that can fit around any given table depends on the size of the chair. For example, if a table seats 4 to 6 people, that means it has room for 4 larger profile chairs, or 6 chairs with a narrower shape.
FAQ: What size mantel do I need?
You should allow a minimum of 6 inches on either side of the mantel. Mantels should be centered above the fireplace, and generally look best when they span about two-thirds of the wall on which they’re mounted. For example, if you have a 9-foot wall, a 6-foot mantel will always be a wise fit.

Yes! Design consultation is included, and please feel free to email or call us for advice prior to placing your order.
FAQ: What if I don’t see a finish I like?
We’re happy to create custom finishes at no extra charge, just make a note of it on your order, and we’ll follow up with you within 24 hours.
FAQ: How do I know if my order went through?
You should see a page that says Order Complete and receive an email from us almost immediately. We’ll also follow-up with a phone call within 24 hours, so don’t worry if you need to make changes or additions to your order!
